If there are quality problems during the warranty period, we will provide new accessories and repairs for free. If it cannot be solved by providing accessories, please contact us, and we will arrange to send it to the designated place for repair;

Warranty period for specific accessories and requirements:
- Immediate damage upon arrival: If the product is damaged due to logistics reasons, please contact us within 3 working days after receiving the goods, and we will arrange to send new accessories;

Non-product quality problems are not within the scope of our responsibility (including but not limited to):
a) If the battery is damaged, the instrument is damaged, the connecting wire is damaged, etc. caused by various water ingress such as long-term use in the rain or immersion in water, etc., the fault is caused;
b) If the weight is overloaded to drive; climb for a long time or drive on a bumpy road for a long time, etc., resulting in failure;
c) If the user does not use, repair and maintain in strict accordance with the instructions in the manual;
e) If the user modifies, adds or modifies the appearance and function of the product without our authorization, the failure caused by it;
f) If the invoice, warranty card, model and serial number are inconsistent or changed;

Exceptions / non-returnable items
